You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at info@phioranex.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
Every response in Madhav Mann is generated by an AI. AI can be wrong. The model (Gemma 4) runs entirely on your device and draws from the Bhagavad Gita text, but it may misinterpret a question, produce an inaccurate reflection, or phrase something in a way that does not sit right with you.
We hold the Bhagavad Gita and the traditions surrounding it with deep respect. If any AI-generated response ever feels inaccurate, insensitive, or hurtful to your beliefs or sentiments — please know this is never intentional. No response should be read as a definitive spiritual ruling, religious instruction, or authoritative interpretation of scripture.

The Bhagavad Gita text and translation by Swami Mukundananda are used with respect for their public availability for educational and spiritual purposes. We make no claim of ownership over the scriptural text.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any proprietary app content without written permission from Phioranex.
Any content you create in the app — journal entries, saved verses, profile information — remains yours. It is stored on your device. We do not claim any rights over your personal content.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phioranex disclaims all warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phioranex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes within the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
